Return Policy

We at moommee believe that our first priority is to deliver high quality product to our customers. To maintain this priority, we have a 6 month no hassle return policy in place from the date of delivery to our retailer for manufacturer’s defective product only. In order to maintain this standard, we ask that the following procedures be followed:

  1. Customers must request an R.A. number via email to info@moommee.com, along with photographs of the defect. We offer the customer a choice of replacement or credit upon confirmation of the R.A. request. 

  2. Upon receipt of an R.A. number and return form, the customer must return the merchandise to the address stated on the form via Post, ground, pre-paid unless otherwise agreed to at the time the R.A. number was issued.z

  3. Goods must be returned within 14 days. 

  4. If the customer fails to get an R.A. number, shipping cost will not be reimbursed, and the merchandise will be refused at the door.

  5. If merchandise is returned collect, the merchandise will be refused at the door or be subject to a restock fee of $10.00/pair, and no reimbursement of shipping costs.

  6. Credit for the merchandise and postage will be issued when the merchandise has been returned and inspected by our Quality Control Manager. Credit note will be issued to the customer’s account for merchandise only.

  7. Any shoe box received in unusable form will be subject to $5.00/box replacement fee.
